Our Experience
At Capstone Property our team are passionate about property and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. We have been investing in property since 2015 after initially becoming accidental landlords in 2010. We now have a HMO portfolio, a commercial conversion project, some flips and a current land development project. We currently have a monthly rent role of £16k per month which we expect to be over £20k by the end of the year.
Tony has 6 years in estate agency experience through the recession in the early 1990's, over 20 years experience in the construction industry and various Health and Safety qualification gained whilst running two businesses in the construction industry.
Sarah has over 20 years experience in project management understanding both Prince 2 and Agile methodologies. Sarah is also a partner in a boutique training business providing leadership training into corporate businesses.
As well as a vast knowledge of property we are accredited NLP Practioners/Masters and Accredited ACCT Coaches and Sarah is an AIP accredited Trainer. We continue to invest in our development to ensure we can provide the best possible standards of training and mentoring to our clients.
